GENERAL SUPERINTENDANT - REMEDIATION DIVISION
Region: Ontario Region
The person in this role is responsible for overseeing all field activities and the deployment of personnel and heavy equipment for the successful implementation of environmental remediation projects in Ontario. You have significant experience in the civil earthworks or utility contracting industry and proven experience in overseeing a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects. With proficient verbal and written communication skills, you will work closely with Project Managers on project budget and schedule estimates and enable a team of Superintendents to ensure that projects are implemented profitability. PROJECT MANAGER - REMEDIATION SERVICES
Region: Ottawa, ON
A Project Manager within the Remediation Services division is responsible for the following duties:
- Business Development to identify Client requirements and to track upcoming opportunities
- Prepare and submit Proposals, Tenders, Prequalifications in response to specific Client project needs;
- Be accountable for the successful execution of a portfolio of projects in accordance with the scope, schedule, and budget and to meet Client expectations;
- Prepare contracts and negotiate changes to contractual agreements with consultants, Clients, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Direct operational staff and monitor the activities of subcontractors;
- Develop and implement safety and quality control plans and programs

ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY COORDINATOR
Region: Based in Ontario, projects nationwide
Directed by the Regional EHS Manager the EHS Coordinator helps to lead the EHS management system at the regional and site level, is the EHS presence on worksites and at the facilities. Provides guidance to Supervisors/Managers and workers. The coordinator is expected to work cooperatively with all EHS team members, peers and supervisors to promote an EHS culture and create a continuous improvement and pro-active EHS management cycle.
